Payment

Full payment must be received for the goods ordered before your order can be processed. Your order will be confirmed via your provided email address once payment has been received.

Customers will be billed in Hong Kong Dollars ("HK$"). If you are a customer residing outside of Hong Kong SAR, currency fluctuations and credit card charges may be different to the billing amount on your credit card.

You must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislation, including obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase goods from our website.

The importation/exportation of certain of our goods to you may be prohibited by certain national laws. We make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the export or import of the goods you purchase.

Discount & Promotional Codes

Discount and/or Promotional Codes cannot be used on Sale or Promotional items. These codes are only applicable to all full-price items and cannot be used in conjunction with any offers or discount.

Safety (Jewellery Merchandise Only)

Our jewellery should not be worn by infants and children under the age of three as small parts may result in a choking hazard. Babies and toddlers should not be left unattended wearing any jewellery should not be given to babies or very young children to play with. Jewellery should never be worn overnight.

Our silver jewellery is made of 925 Sterling Silver and does not contain lead.

Delivery

Delivery costs will be paid by HHDL and not by the buyer. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery ("shipping") address provided is correct and accurate and that someone is available to take delivery of the goods.

All orders will be sent using Hong Kong Registered Post, or any other provider, as the case may be, on the first full business day after payment is received. We cannot be held responsible for any delays once the goods have left us and are in the possession of Hong Kong Post (or any other provider, as the case may be).

If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by telephone or by email within seven working days of the delivery of the goods in question. If you do not receive your order within seven working days of the date on which you placed the order, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us immediately.

If your order is returned to us because the postal service could not complete the delivery to you for whatever reason, then you will be responsible for the repeat delivery costs.

Exchanges & Returns

Hallie Henderson Designs Limited ("HHDL") offers to exchange goods only when goods arrive damaged or are otherwise unusable after transit from our warehouse to a customer's designated place of shipping. This offer expressly excludes merchandise that has been purchased at discount.

Please contact us within two days after receiving your purchase at your designated place of shipping. If you tell us after two days then this exchange offer is void and HHDL may decide at their discretion. Any decision by HHDL is final.

Personal Email Usage

If you have made a purchase from us, or have signed up for our Site/newsletters, we may occasionally inform you about new collections and promotional offers. We will never pass on your email address to third parties.

Data Collection

We may collect and store personal information, for example, but not limited to, first and last name, shipping and billing address, payment information, credit card information, telephone numbers, MAC address and IP address.

No permission is given by us in respect of the use of brand names, photography, product and collection names or titles or copyrights and such use may constitute an infringement of the owners' rights. All merchandise depicted here is protected by design rights owned by HHDL.
